How we work
One approved design becomes the reference for the whole production run. We agree the details before starting, so each stage is clear to both sides.
Discuss the brief
Send a sketch, photograph or technical pack. Tell us about the designs, sizes, total quantity and desired completion date.
If you do not have a technical pack yet, we can start with a conversation about your idea.
Develop a sample
We develop patterns, source materials or use your fabric. The sample lets us check construction and fit.
The first sample usually takes 1–7 days. Timing depends on the design and material availability; we confirm it before work begins.
Agree the details
We approve the design, size range, fabric, trims, labels and packaging. We confirm the order composition and required documents.

Start production
Production starts within two weeks of agreeing the order, materials and required documents.
This is the start date. The completion date for the full order is agreed separately according to quantity and garment complexity.
Check and pack
We carry out final checks before packing. We add labels and markings to the agreed requirements, then organise the order for dispatch.
Market-specific marking and documentation requirements are discussed in advance.
Prepare dispatch
We arrange dispatch at the customer’s expense. The route, transport packaging and documents are agreed before shipment.
For a repeat order, we return to the approved design and confirm materials, quantity and timings.
